Day 1 — Drive Kathmandu → Besisahar (7–8h). Gateway to the circuit. Day 2 — Drive to Chame (5–6h). Transition into alpine terrain. Day 3 — Trek to Upper Pisang. Forests, canyon walls, first major views (5–6h). Day 4 — High route to Manang via ridge villages and monasteries (5–6h). Day 5 — Acclimatization in Manang. Optional hikes to ~4,200–4,500 m. Day 6 — Traverse to Tilicho Base Camp. Controlled pace (5–6h). Day 7 — Tilicho Lake (~4,919 m), return and descend to Siri Kharka (7–8h). Day 8 — Short trek to Ledar. Rejoin main trail (3–4h).
